**Terms and Conditions**

**1. Services Offered**  
I provide spiritual therapy, psychic readings, and energy healing sessions for personal development, guidance, and well-being. These services are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

**2. Booking and Payments**  
- All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system, email, or phone.  
- A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The balance is due before or at the start of the session.  
- Payment options include PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer.  

- Payment in full is preferable. 

**3. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling**  
- Cancellations at any time incur a £30 fee. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48hours in advance to avoid rescheduling £30 fee.
- In cases of emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, you forfeit your appointment slot and any fees already paid. We will be unable to reschedule or provide a refund for no-show appointments, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy for Paranormal Assistance Session

A non-refundable fee of £44 applies to all Paranormal Assistance sessions. This fee covers the class materials and preliminary energy work provided in preparation for your session. Should you need to cancel for any reason, the £44 fee will not be returned. However, if you wish to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate you and apply the initial fee toward your new appointment date.

By booking a Paranormal Assistance session, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before completing your reservation.

**4. Time Between Sessions**  
Due to the nature of energy work, a minimum of 2 weeks is required between sessions to allow for proper integration and adaptation of the higher frequencies. This ensures that your energy system has time to fully process and stabilize the changes.

**5. Confidentiality**  
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential. Your personal details and session notes are not disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

**6. Client Responsibility**  
- Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a session or have written consent from a parent/guardian.  
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following a session. My services provide guidance, but the choices you make are entirely your own.

**7. Disclaimer**  
- Spiritual and psychic services are subjective and vary based on individual energy, belief systems, and circumstances. Results are not guaranteed.  
- These services are complementary to conventional treatments and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed medical, legal, or financial professionals.

**8. Limitation of Liability**  
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of my services.

**9. Right to Refuse Service**  
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at my discretion, especially if I feel the service is not in the client’s best interest or if there is any inappropriate behaviour.

**10. Changes to Terms and Conditions**  
These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next session.
